We are hiring Caregivers to support individuals with developmental goals and complex needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist people with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Take initiative to promote growth, learning, and well‑being.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
  
  Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, time‑management.
• Behaviors:
  Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle:
  Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Competitive Pay: $15.25/hour

Paid time off and holiday pay. Full benefits package for full‑time employees, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match.
