Trinity Health First Choice seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for short‑ and long‑term assignments. Nurses in this mobile program enjoy premium compensation, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work across multiple locations within the health system.

• Gross weekly rate: $2,520

• Float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple hospital locations and/or regions
• Apply the nursing process:
  Assess, Outcomes Identification/ Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
• Practice independently within the scope of licensure and area of expertise
• Account for delegation, decisions, and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes
• Adapt quickly to new responsibilities and diverse cultural settings while managing competing priorities

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Valid RN licensure in the state(s) of practice/employment
• 18 months of recent clinical experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, or PCU
• 2 years of recent clinical experience for other specialties (Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health)
• Required credentials for specialty areas (e.g., ACLS, TNCC) and BLS, ACLS, and PALS as mandated by the American Heart Association
