Join a supportive healthcare team as a Travel Occupational Therapist in Bloomfield, Iowa for a 13-week assignment

Location: Bloomfield, IA

Duration: 13 Weeks

The Occupational Therapist will provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and professional standards. The therapist will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and assist patients in regaining functional independence in daily living.

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician referrals
• Create and adjust personalized treatment and discharge plans
• Accurately and promptly document patient progress and outcomes
• Supervise and support COTAs per state and facility guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active Iowa OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
