- Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
- Duo‑setting across Home Health and SNF with weekend schedules to reduce childcare needs.
- Accredited Physical Therapist program graduation.
- Current PT license in the state of practice.
- Adherence to Key Rehabilitation’s Code of Ethical Conduct and state/federal regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility and teamwork; adaptable to changing situations.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with geriatric populations.
- Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
