As a Commercial Credit Analyst at Corda Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating the creditworthiness of both existing and prospective members. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing financial information related to new loan requests, renewals, participations, and periodic monitoring. You will underwrite these requests by identifying strengths, weaknesses, and mitigating factors of each credit and assign accurate risk ratings.

By translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights, you will provide valuable recommendations for loan approvals or denials to commercial originators, and loan approval committees including senior management. Your analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively will directly contribute to informed lending decisions that support our members and strengthen our community.

To thrive as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Corda Credit Union, you will need a solid foundation in financial analysis, particularly in interpreting balance sheets, income statements, and both personal and business tax returns. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for creating detailed reports and presentations. A strong understanding of credit underwriting processes will enable you to assess loan requests accurately.
