Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a hands‑on role in strengthening core accounting processes while helping modernise reporting and analysis.

Key focus areas include:

• Leading and improving month-end and close processes
• Applying strong technical accounting judgement across complex transactions
• Enhancing management reporting, analysis and dashboards
• Driving continuous improvement in controls, structure and data quality
• Challenging “we’ve always done it this way” thinking with pragmatic solutions
• Acting as a proactive contributor, not a passive reviewer
• This is a role with real scope to shape how finance adds value, rather than simply producing outputs.

• A strong accounting foundation with 5+ years’ experience
• Confidence operating in environments where change is needed
• A practical, analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting capability
• Comfort influencing stakeholders and challenging existing practices
• An interest in systems, data and improving financial insight
