No prior financial industry experience is required due to our comprehensive training program, but prior exposure is a plus.

Begin with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, studying for FINRA and state licenses, with costs covered by the company. Upon successful completion, you may start as a part-time CDP Contract Associate earning $15/hour or higher. Transition to a full-time Financial Professional Associate (FPA), earning commissions and bonuses typically ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 in the first year. Benefits include a 401(k), insurance plans, and paid leave.
