to join their growing finance and accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead financial operations, support process improvement initiatives, and partner directly with executive leadership to drive strategic business decisions. Summary

The

Controller

will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, general ledger management, financial reporting, and internal controls. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and integrity across all financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly close. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, analytical leader with strong GAAP knowledge and a continuous improvement mindset. Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reporting:
Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including general ledger reconciliations and financial statement preparation. Ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with US GAAP. Support management in developing analytical reports and providing actionable financial insights. Process Oversight & Controls:
Review payable and receivable transactions and monitor AR and AP balances. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Leadership &

Collaboration:

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth. Partner with operations, supply chain, and sales teams to support cross-functional business goals. Collaborate with the VP of Finance on tax reporting, audits, and process improvements. Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency within accounting processes. Support system enhancements, including ERP process optimization and reporting tools. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Solid understanding of US GAAP and general ledger principles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) and ERP systems Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
