Project Manager | Investment Management Operational Risk

The Company

Our client is a specialist management consulting firm partnering with leading financial institutions across Asia. For this assignment, we are supporting a global financial services organization with a strong presence in Hong Kong, delivering insurance and investment solutions to help clients achieve financial security.

You will join the Investment Operations Projects team. The team aims to modernize its operational processes and risk management framework through implementing new tools, processes and controls.

• Diagnose current reconciliation and reporting processes
• Define a stronger target operating model with improved governance and clear controls
• Automate processes to reduce manual tasks and minimize the risk of errors
• Enhance data and reporting quality to support better decision-making
• Train internal teams and support the change management process

• Significant experience in investment operations / finance functions, with a focus on insurance and general account assets.
• Experience in designing and implementing target operating model.
• Experience in operational risk management, governance and control frameworks.
• Ability to lead and deliver change management projects, improving efficiency by implementing modern tools and processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior investment and risk professionals.
