The Universal Banker is a full-time, on-site role based in Grimes, IA. The role involves providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their banking needs, including processing transactions, handling cash, and conducting account inquiries. Additionally, the Universal Banker will promote and cross-sell financial products, such as loans and deposit accounts, while upholding the bank’s commitment to personalized customer care.

• Proficiency in deposits and cash handling
• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients
• Experience with loan products and the ability to assist clients in understanding loan options
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem‑solving ability
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant banking experience is a plus
