What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and present accurate electrical estimates and cost plans
- Manage procurement from pre-qualification through bid analysis and reporting
- Compile contractual documents and support project execution
- Assist with post-contract cost variances and change control processes
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on major project changes
- Strong experience in pre-contract and post-contract cost management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smart Draw, Turbo Bid, or similar software
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related technical field
- Equivalent industry experience will be considered
