ESS PM Engineer - NV

Compensation and Pay Range

$65,000.00/yr – $/yr (base pay)

• Connect with overseas energy storage customers and related companies in the U.S., build relationships, identify needs, and explore high‑value potential project opportunities.
• Assist account project managers in coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and highlight key issues to customers.
• Enhance coordination and service for multiple customer windows, strengthening management of face‑to‑face communication.
• Coordinate internal resources—sales team, development team, and account project managers—to define qualifications and engage customers.
• Coordinate on‑site colleagues from other departments (e.g., SC, AMD) to ensure reasonable progress of commissioning and after‑sales tasks of ESS projects, resolving cross‑departmental issues.
• Establish a program team, initiate programs, lead the team to deliver, and be responsible for program management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk.
• Manage the on‑site project manager team, provide proper training, and improve team members’ capabilities.

• 8+ years of experience in project management and 5+ years of team management experience.
• Familiarity with ESS project business models and development; preference for 2+ years in electric power/utility, ESS, or Li‑ion battery experience.
• Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and capability in data analysis and report writing.
• Proactive, pursuit of higher standards, and consistent commitment.
