  • Lead end‑to‑end product management for engineering tools, from discovery and requirement gathering to release planning and stakeholder communication
  • Manage the administration, configuration, and optimization of PLM infrastructure and integrations with adjacent systems (ERP, MES, WMS)
  • Act as the primary point of contact with implementation partners, driving program plans, phased rollouts, testing, training, and change management
  • Ensure engineering releases are accurately reflected in downstream systems impacting manufacturing, supply chain, finance/accounting, and maintenance/service
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and IT/compliance teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure system performance, data integrity, and business impact
  • Embed industry best practices, emerging technologies, and engineering data management requirements
Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent roles, specifically focused on engineering tools (CAD, PLM)
  • Proven track record delivering and executing roadmaps for PLM platforms (e.g., NX, Teamcenter, 3DX, Arena, Agile)
  • Deep understanding of engineering release processes and their implications on supply chain, manufacturing, and finance/accounting
  • Strong understanding of CAD file formats with the ability to audit, repair, and validate migrated models to ensure dimensional accuracy and functionality
  • Strong experience managing PLM infrastructure and integrations across business systems
  • Solid understanding of engineering BOM (EBOM) and manufacturing BOM (MBOM) structures, including how CAD data flows into both
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale PLM implementations and manage vendor relationships and program execution
  • Excellent communication and systems thinking and analytical skills; ability to identify and solve complex cross‑functional problems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands‑on knowledge of CAD systems (e.g., Solid Works, NX, CATIA) and their integration with PLM
  • Experience in high‑growth manufacturing or hardware‑centric companies
Physical Requirements
  • Sit, stand, crawl, crouch, walk, and climb a ladder, as needed
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Use a computer mouse and keyboard
  • Look at a computer monitor
  • Speak and hear verbal communication
Working Conditions
  • Mostly office environment
  • Occasional work in hazardous industrial/construction areas with heavy machinery and potential chemical/metal/temperature exposure
  • Occasional work in outdoor construction areas with heavy machinery and dust
