Marquette Catholic Schools is looking for a dedicated Activities Director to join our team for the upcoming  school year.

Extracurriculars are a huge part of student life here  are looking for someone who is organized, great with people, and passionate about helping our students grow outside the traditional classroom.

As a growing Catholic school located right on the Mississippi River in beautiful Bellevue, we pride ourselves on a close-knit community where staff, parents, and students really support one another. We are seeking an Activities Director who will actively contribute to the positive and faith-filled environment that we value.

We value individuals who are passionate about:

• Scheduling and coordinating all middle and high school athletics and extracurricular events.
• Scheduling and coordinating gym reservations for youth teams and community activities.
• Hiring, supporting, and evaluating coaches and club sponsors.
• Overseeing the activities budget, coordinating bus transportation, and handling event logistics (officials, facilities, etc.).
• Communicating effectively with students, parents, staff, and the community about upcoming events and schedules (social media, etc.)
• Ensuring that our activities programs always reflect the values and mission of Marquette Catholic Schools.

What we are looking for someone:

• With strong organizational and communication skills.
• With previous experience in education, coaching, or athletic administration (or a willingness to learn).
• Who is a team player - approachable, handles logistics well, and keeps things running smoothly.
• Who supports the traditions and mission of Catholic education.
