Marquette Catholic Schools is seeking a compassionate and highly collaborative School Resource Teacher to join our team for the  school year.

The primary job responsibilities:

• Championing MTSS:
  Design, implement, and refine our Multi-Tiered Systems of Supports, providing ongoing training and coaching to faculty for successful implementation across classrooms.
• Managing Individualized Plans:
  Lead creation, monitoring, and compliance of Behavioral 504s and IEPs, ensuring accommodations are effective.
• Providing Holistic Student Care:
  Work directly with students providing targeted academic interventions, essential social-emotional guidance, and proactive behavior supports.
• Empowering Our Educators:
  Partner with classroom teachers to brainstorm, model, and implement practical strategies for diverse learners.

• Background in teaching, social work, and/or MTSS implementation and design.
• A team player who communicates clearly and empathetically with students, parents, and fellow teachers.
• A proactive problem-solver who can analyze academic and behavioral data to create actionable, supportive plans.
