Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and student-centered 4th Grade Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about engaging learners, committed to high academic expectations, and skilled at building strong classroom communities. Collaboration is essential, as our teachers actively participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and work closely with colleagues to analyze data, plan instruction, and support student growth.
Flexibility in thinking, openness to feedback, and a solution-oriented mindset are key.
