Essential Functions

The Lone Tree Community School District is seeking a PE Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. All applicants are encouraged to apply.

Lone Tree School has a tremendously supportive community and staff and believes in Every Student, Every Day. Staff and student schedules allow time for both staff and students to get to know each other. Staff collaboration is a priority in order to ensure student needs are being met each day. The staff to student ratio is small, allowing for more individualized attention each day.

The Lone Tree Community School District is located along the Hwy 218 corridor with access to Iowa City in approximately 15 minutes. Lone Tree has a small-town feel with ready access to the amenities of Iowa City, Kirkwood Community College, and the University of Iowa. Lone Tree Community School District is proud to serve over 400 students.
