General Special Education
Level II Special Education Associate (1:1). Class B, 7hrs./day, 176days/yr. $14.94/hr; $15.34/hr with an AA Degree or higher.
- New hires must have a high school diploma/GED.
- Responsibilities include accompanying students to activities, keeping them on task and organized, assisting with personal hygiene, supervising in cafeteria, classrooms, playground, and patrol duties.
- Computer and typing skills needed.
- Basic understanding of math, science, reading and writing skills with ability to check students' work.
- Capability to work with students in small groups or individually, one-on-one.
- Ability to follow written and oral directions.
- MANDT Training and Behavior Management preferred.
- Mobility and ability to lift required.
- Other duties as assigned.
