IGNITE POSITION - Student Support
1 FTE Associate
- Provide online student support.
- Monitors student attendance and progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for online students needing academic or behavioral support.
- Assist students with navigating learning platforms, accessing resources, and resolving technical issues.
- Monitor student progress and engagement, and provide individualized support or referrals as needed.
- Facilitate virtual check-ins on academic success.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs and implement interventions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and support services provided.
- Coordinate with IT and student services to ensure seamless access to technology and campus resources.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Travel required on an occasional basis.
Reports to IGNITE Principal
Hourly Wage: $16.49
