Salary: $8,798 per course
DescriptionThe Theatre and Visual Arts Department at Fordham University periodically hires part‑time, non‑tenure‑track (NTT) faculty to teach introductory and upper‑division courses in the following areas:
Art and Engagement, Built Environment, Film and Video, Graphic Design, Painting and Drawing, and Photography. Part‑time NTT instructors are represented by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), and certain terms of employment, including minimum per‑course rates and benefits details, are set by the Adjunct Faculty Collective Bargaining Agreement. All classes will be taught in person at either the Lincoln Center Campus or the Rose Hill Campus, based on departmental needs.
- Terminal degree in the relevant field.
- Capacity to teach up to, but not exceeding, two undergraduate courses per semester.
