University Supervisor - Statewide role at Inside Higher Ed
Buena Vista University is looking for individuals to supervise student teachers across the state. This role involves bi‑weekly on‑site visits to local school districts, with documentation of feedback and evaluations. The hours are flexible and vary during the academic year.
Responsibilities- Conduct bi‑weekly on‑site visits to local school districts.
- Document XHTML feedback and evaluations.
- Provide supervision assignments as needed, depending on content area and geographical location.
- Ensure daytime availability for visits.
- Graduate degree in education.
- Teaching experience in the grade level and area of supervision (e.g., specific secondary discipline, primary/intermediate general education, elementary and/or secondary special education, PK).
- Must have daytime availability.
- Background check required.
