Speech Pathologist
A K-12 school in Bloomfield, IA is seeking a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to cover a maternity leave contract. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an SLP with a valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) to support students across all grade levels during the leave period.
Key Qualifications- Valid SLP license suited for school settings
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with K-12 students in schools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students aged 5‑18 years
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies
