Seeking a board eligible or board certified family medicine physician who is looking for the ability to practice in a brand new state of the art hospital and clinic, in a safe rural community where the members value and invest in the healthcare in their community! This is an excellent career with a great quality of life, you will be joining a primary care network of approximately 450 primary care providers and 400 specialty providers.

• Beautiful Hospital includes: 10 inpatient beds, 2 surgical suites and 2 trauma rooms. The clinic has 3 exam rooms per provider, private provider offices, 5 minor procedure rooms, and outreach specialty physician space contained within the primary care clinic.
