• Full Spectrum Family Medicine with Obstetrics and Cesarean delivery
• Optional Emergency Room shifts
• Collaborate with a team of 3 Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers
• Tailor the practice to physician interests
• On-site access to Lab, X-Ray, ER, pharmacy, and behavioral health services
• Outreach specialists from Mercy One North Iowa (General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic Surgery, Dermatology, Otolaryngology, Audiology, Wound Care, Ophthalmology)
• Visit Home - PACHS to check-out our hospital

• PACHS is a modern 25-bed critical access hospital providing a full continuum of primary health care
• On-site Lab, X-Ray, ER, pharmacy, and behavioral health services on site
• Outreach specialists from Mercy One North Iowa

• Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school; demonstrated competency by completion of an appropriate residency program
• Board certified or board eligible; must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges
• Licensed or eligible for the State of Iowa physician license;
  Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team
• H1B visa and J1 waiver candidates accepted
• EOE/drug screen required

• $200,000 sign-on bonus
