Radiology, Laboratory, Rehabilitation Services, Infusion Service, & Ambulatory Surgery Support Staff: 4 APPs, 2 RNs, 1 CNA Lab, Pharmacy and Medical Imaging Onsite Beds in the Dept: 20 IP beds; 3 ED treatment rooms EMR:

- No supervision required Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements:
Active IA License or IMLC BC in EM, FM, or IM Clean record
