Family Practice - OB Physician

An excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our Algona Family Medicine practice located in Algona, Iowa.

Job Description:

• Candidates must be Board Eligible (with plans to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Family Medicine
  AND
  OB Fellowship-trained (fellowship must be completed prior to start).
• Must be able to perform C-sections
• Busy practice with instant volume
• Join 8 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Call for OB/Hospitalist 1:9; call for C-sections 1:3
• Full spectrum family medicine including surgical obstetrics, ER, and hospitalist
• Specialists available including Cardiology, Urology, GI, ENT, Ortho, etc.
• Lab, x-ray, sleep, MRI, CT, mammography, nuclear med, PT, RT, OT, and ER all on site
• 25-bed critical access hospital and primary care clinic
• Service area approximately 260,000
