Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician for a hospital-employed outpatient clinic in Southwest Iowa. The role offers a flexible schedule with no OB duties, a manageable 1:5 call rotation shared with an advanced practice provider, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance and patient-centered care. Compensation includes a generous base salary, bonuses, loan repayment options, comprehensive benefits, and CME support.
Great opportunity to join a Family Practice clinic - hospital employed - in Southwest Iowa just an hour and a half from Omaha, NE and two hours to Kansas City, MO.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician (FP)
- Outpatient setting only - no rounding, no OB
- Schedule is flexible - 4 days, 3 days, one week one week off (can be creative)
- Call schedule would be 1:5 and shared with partner APP - can be remote
- EMR used is currently Tru Bridge (CPSI) although they are switching to EPIC soon
- Patients first mentality - quality of quantity is very important - great work life balance too
- Very generous salary $345K base salary, relocation assistance, $24K student loan repayment, eligible for HRSA as well, quality bonuses and a RVU bonus, great retirement plan, CME stipend and time, 280 hours PTO year one, full comprehensive benefits package, and more
