• Full Spectrum Family Medicine with Obstetrics and C-Section
• 4-day work week
• Join 3 Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers
• Optional ER shifts
• Physician has the ability to tailor practice to interests
• Lab, X-Ray, ER, pharmacy, and behavioral health services on site
• Outreach specialists from Mercy One North Iowa (General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Urology, Ortho Surgery, Dermatology, Otolaryngology, Audiology, Wound, Ophthalmology)
• Visit Home - PACHS to learn about the hospital

• Population ~3,700; relaxed, family-oriented lifestyle
• Iowa’s Irish Capital; strong school system and community amenities
• Nearby lakes, parks, and recreational opportunities

• Graduate of an approved medical/osteopathic medical school
• Completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible
• Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team
• Licensed or eligible for Iowa physician license;
  Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate

• $200,000 sign-on bonus
