- Join a team of one Physician and three APPs
- See an average of 18-24 patients/day
- 4-day work week
- Serving patients of all ages
- Practice Mix:
Continuity, Pediatrics, Nursing Home - ED/Inpatient coverage optional
- Outpatient lifestyle – friendly call
- Base Salary of $290,000
- Production & non-production incentives
- $150,000 Commencement Bonus
- PSLF eligible
