Position: Family Practice - With OB Physician
Location: Emmetsburg

Submission Requirements:
Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility, with plans to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Family Medicine -  REQUIRED

IA license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) -  REQUIRED

OB Fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start) -  REQUIRED
Provider is able and interested in doing C-sections -  REQUIRED
Certification Requirements:
Board Certified

Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS)
DEA
State License Requirements:
Iowa
Additional License Requirements:
IMLC accepted, OB Fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start), Provider is able and interested in doing C-sections
