Overview
NRG Media continuously seeks individuals with personality and passion for great local radio who are ready to be involved in the community and assist with appearances, promotions, and general station events on multiple platforms. If you have some radio experience, an understanding of social media, a sense of humor and are highly creative and spontaneous, send us your information. The ideal candidates will be able to develop, produce and execute on–air radio programming that is both entertaining and informative to the listening audience.
NRG Media seeks programmers who can work with sales teams to identify ideas, sponsor ships and events to promote the stations and add revenue while bringing a spirit of creativity and mutual respect to a team where these values matter. Successful candidates must follow and enforce FCC regulations, station and company policies.

Education and/or ExperienceAssociate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Some on-air experience is preferred.
RequirementsGood organizational and communication skills. Enjoy people. Have the ability to think outside the box. Work independently or in a team environment.
Social media and other digital expertise is preferred.
