* Job Description:

*** Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, including Installation Technician I and II, ensuring efficient and effective task execution.
* Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize construction projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
* Execute complex construction tasks, such as specialized concrete work, structural installations, and other high-skill activities, with precision and expertise.
* Operate and oversee the operation of a wide range of advanced construction equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
* Analyze and interpret detailed construction plans and blueprints, providing insights and recommendations for efficient project implementation.
* Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the highest standards and complies with relevant regulations.
* Take a lead role in identifying and resolving complex construction challenges, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
* Lead safety initiatives, conduct regular safety audits, and ensure the strict adherence to safety protocols on the construction site.
* Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring a skilled and capable workforce.
* Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction with the construction process.
* OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
