Superintendent – Concrete Division

We’re expanding our operations and seeking a dependable Superintendent to join our Residential & Commercial Concrete Division at Absolute Group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in the concrete industry with a focus on commercial foundations, a Class A CDL, and a clean driving record. A Superintendent provides hands‑on work in the construction, erection, and repair of concrete foundation walls.

• Train and direct crew members.
• Ensure appropriate use of equipment.
• Communicate progress on the project.
• Maintain the construction schedule.
• Coordinate drop‑off and pick‑up of construction materials.
• Evaluate job plans.
• Perform other supervisory duties as required.

• Minimum two years experience in the concrete industry focusing on commercial foundations.
• Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand or walk for long periods.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel in‑state, including overnight stays, as project schedules require.

Residential & Commercial Concrete is a division of Absolute Group that specializes in commercial and residential concrete solutions, including trench footings, poured walls and footings, concrete pumping, telebelt conveyor, foundations, waterproofing and restoration.
