• Supervise day-to-day operations
• Ensure job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to job foremen and crew members
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor
• Verify locates, materials and billings
• Provide all required job reporting
• Complete as-builts and redlines
• Actively participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
• Demonstrate previous utility construction crew leadership experience
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• Good computer skills, including database software and Excel
• Prior experience using Google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Out-of-town travel and on-call availability required
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Class A CDL license is a plus

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Valid state driver's license (not provisional) with acceptable driving record
• Valid Class A Commercial driver's license with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it
• Pass a DOT physical exam and have a valid medical card
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Previous construction experience, preferably in telecommunications industry

• Work with arms above shoulder level at heights; in confined spaces and remote locations; climb stairs, use ladder; bend, stoop, stand, walk, and lift up to 55 pounds; operate vehicle & heavy machinery
• Use keyboard and mouse occasionally
