In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Corporate Real Estate Department by accurately tracking lease terms, financial obligations, and important deadlines. You will contribute to financial analysis projects, assist with reviewing invoices, budgets, payments, and reports, and help organize and administer essential lease documentation and processes.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Corporate Real Estate Department by accurately tracking lease terms, financial obligations, and key deadlines
  • Assist with a variety of financial analysis projects related to real estate operations
  • Review and assess invoices, budgets, payments, and financial reports
  • Organize and administer essential lease-related documents and processes
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Power

    BI dashboards to visualize real estate data and trends
  • Leverage emerging AI technologies to automate and streamline real estate processes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on both data analysis and document management
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education requirements (minimum 4 years of related experience if no degree)
  • 0–2 years of experience in a related role
  • Entry-level experience in lease/financial administration and data analysis
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power

    BI, including building and maintaining dashboards
  • Experience using AI tools or technologies to automate processes and analyze large data sets
  • Experience utilizing research and analysis methods
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and collaborate effectively with others
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience with specialized lease administration or real estate management software (beyond standard MS Office tools)
  • Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting using tools like Power

    BI, including designing custom dashboards for real estate metrics
  • Proven ability to implement AI-driven solutions for process automation or data analysis in a real estate or financial management context
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate financial analysis methods (e.g., CAM reconciliations, NPV calculations, rent rolls)
  • Experience driving process improvements or workflow automation within a real estate or corporate environment
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and documentation in corporate real estate transactions (e.g., legal, regulatory, audit requirements)
  • Direct experience or background in the Aerospace and Defense industry, US Department of Defense, or US Military real estate operations
