Diamond Vogel is seeking a Strategic Product Manager – Industrial to lead our Industrial Coatings portfolio, including liquid and powder products. This role drives product strategy, manages the full product lifecycle, and works closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver growth and meet customer needs. The position also includes mentoring an Associate Product Manager.

The ideal candidate is strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented, with experience managing products from development through commercialization while partnering effectively across multiple teams.

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the Industrial Coatings portfolio
• Lead new product development from concept through launch
• Partner with Sales to support key accounts, growth initiatives, and customer needs
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements or changes
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including commercialization and end-of-life planning
• Align cross‑functional teams on priorities and product strategy
• Ensure product documentation and regulatory compliance are accurate
• Mentor and support an Associate Product Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, chemical engineering, or related field
• Experience with liquid and powder Industrial Coatings
• Product management, marketing, or related experience
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and sales partnership skills
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
• Preferred: MBA, experience with full product lifecycle ownership, and stage‑gate NPD
