What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance of content in SharePoint and support new content initiatives
  • Plan events for internal meetings, including hotel bookings and catering arrangements
  • Schedule and coordinate national virtual meetings via Zoom
  • Provide administrative support to the Cyber Risk Practice, ensuring smooth operations and coordination
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and progress for ongoing cyber initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
  • Self-starter with strong problem‑solving and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and maintain a client‑focused approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for professional content and presentations
  • Basic knowledge of cyber insurance
