• Process billing and invoicing
• Maintain shipping records
• Follow up with other departments regarding final billing details
• File billing paperwork for retention
• Prepare invoices for customers
• Load tendering, billing, and scheduling
• Complete all paperwork for week ending, missing prices, P.O., etc. (closing the week)
• Other duties as assigned

This is an on‑site position.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills and ability to deal effectively with a variety of people and situations
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS system)
