** Responsibilities:
*** Execute general maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, fluid level checks, and brake services.
* Perform complex vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical or electrical issues.
* Repair or replace faulty vehicular components to enhance vehicle performance.
* Ensure strict adherence to the dealership's quality and safety standards.
* Deliver excellent customer service by explaining complex technical issues in an easy and understandable manner, building trust and long-term relationships with customers.
* Regularly update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical and regulation publications.

* Qualifications:

*** A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, but a secondary degree in Automotive Technology or a related field is favored.
* Previous experience professionally servicing vehicles, with CDJR and Ford experience a bonus.
