Job Summary

The Finance Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Finance Department, ensuring efficient operations and accurate record-keeping.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for financial documents.
  • Assist with data gathering.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Department leadership.
Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Associate s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a finance or accounting department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no  visible  tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
