We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to serve as the first point of contact for our organization while also supporting public relations, customer service, and internal organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things running smoothly, and contributing to the growth and positive reputation of an organization.
This position plays a key role in shaping the experience of visitors, clients, and partners, while also helping build systems, strengthen communication, and support the organization’s long‑term development.

- Greet visitors, clients, and guests warmly and professionally
- Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front‑office environment
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, partners, and community members
- Respond to questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
- Assist customers or direct them to appropriate resources
- Assist with dispatching, parts ordering, and inventory control in Service Titan
- Help keep office spaces, files, and systems organized
- Support basic record keeping, data entry, and document management
- Assist with internal processes to improve efficiency and organization
- Help coordinate supplies, materials, and office needs
- Support positive public image and community presence of the organization
- Communicate professionally with partners, vendors, and community contacts
- Help represent the organization at events or community interactions through the Chamber
- Assist leadership with special projects and growth initiatives
- Help build and improve systems, workflows, and customer experience
- Offer ideas and feedback to strengthen operations and community engagement
- Support the organization’s mission, values, and long‑term goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer‑focused attitude
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Comfortable interacting with the public in person, by phone, and online
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, documents)
- Self‑motivated and willing to learn and grow with the organization
