As a Psychiatrist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will be an important part of a vibrant and dynamic outpatient mental health provider making important contributions to the mental health of our local communities. We are adding a compassionate and collaborative Psychiatrist to the practice.

• Provide psychiatric diagnostic assessments, evaluate needs for interventions, and prescribe as indicated
• Makes urgent assessments of persons in crisis, evaluating as appropriate
• Provide information with others involved in treatment planning
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and consultations
• Must be able to work Fridays

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited college or university
• Current active and unrestricted State of Iowa medical license
• Knowledge of regulatory standards governing care delivery and operations
• Proficient in the use of computers; experience with Electronic Health Record
