Experienced Gutter Installer

We are a family-owned gutter contractor based in Iowa City and part of the Brothers that just do Gutters franchise. We are opening in March 2026 and are looking to expand our team. We offer competitive salaries, training and bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

• Perform gutter installation tasks, including K-style and half-round gutters
• Interact professionally with clients and teammates; contribute to a positive work culture
• Work in outdoor conditions and adapt to varying weather
• Support leadership development in the field and participate in growth initiatives
• Follow safety practices and work with the team to meet project timelines

• 2+ years of experience in gutter installation (K-style & half-round gutters)
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Interest in growing with the company; willingness to work overtime
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive work culture
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
• Previous experience related to gutter services and a passion for gutters
• Must be 18 or older; valid driver’s license

• Hourly position with bonus potential
• Minimum requirements:
  
  2+ years in Construction/Gutters; 18+ years old; valid driver’s license
