• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests in solving their specific needs.
• Provide exceptional guest service across the total store, including cashiering, stocking, presentation, price accuracy, and related duties.
• Ensure sales floor is full, zoned, in stock, and ready for guests; help with truck unloads and stocking.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including backroom organization, signage accuracy, and compliance with safety policies.
• Process inbound deliveries and complete daily/weekly audits; operate powered equipment if certified.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Support major transitions and adapt to changing priorities based on business needs.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct and a culture of safety and compliance at all times.

• Ability to use handheld scanners and operate required technology.

• Ability to stay focused and complete tasks within set time frames.
• Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; frequent walking and standing.
• Flexible work schedule and reliable attendance; ability to work in varied temperatures and environments.
