What You'll DoYou will assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You will help make the store a success. To prepare you for success, a three or more weeks leadership training program will be provided.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen knives and other equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to four hours, and reach across counters to serve customers.
Kitchens can be hot with high noise levels; storage space is limited and shelving can be high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.
