• 24 months of role experience required, with some experience in the last 12 months.
• At least 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the past 3 years.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• 3 months of Epic experience required from any number of months.
• 1 month of Trauma Level 1 facility experience required from any number of months.

• Candidates must have an Iowa license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  University of Iowa Hospitals (Direct) Program - Main and no current placement allowed at the same program.

• Shift & Scheduling: 36-40 hours/week;
  Monday-Friday; extension of shift and call rotations.
• Floating Requirements:
  Float to EP Lab, CPRU, or Minor Procedure Room.
• Rate information: UIHC rates are determined quarterly and are non-negotiable. Check with Advocate about possible rate changes during assignment.
• References: 1 reference from most recent place of employment; 2 references from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) required for submission.
