Overview
The Chemotherapy Infusion RN is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care. They must understand nursing care for Hematology/Oncology/Infusion patients, manage clinics in the Chemotherapy Infusion suite, and oversee Hematology/Oncology nursing care. As a team member of the Hematology/Oncology Service, the RN ensures patient-centered care, manages resources efficiently, and maintains quality care while containing costs.
