Machine Operator

Randstad is seeking experienced industrial maintenance technicians for a manufacturing facility in Iowa City, IA. This global company employs over 23,300 people across 47 countries and operates 196 production plants.

• Perform maintenance and repairs in a manufacturing setting
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix issues
• Understand hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems
• Execute preventative maintenance
• Work with high voltage systems (must have experience)
• Injection molding and stretch blow molding experience is a plus

• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician
• Ample mechanical knowledge
• Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation
• High voltage experience required

Starting pay: $30-$35/hour based on experience and interview

Schedule:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday during training; may shift to 12-hour day or night shifts after training and probation

• Shirt or t-shirt with sleeves, no rips or holes
• Pants without rips or holes
• No profane or suggestive images/text
• Steel or composite toe shoes required
