As a Clinic Site Director at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will be a seasoned mental health clinician skilled in treating a wide range of emotional disorders and overseeing clinical care. They are responsible for managing all clinic operations, supervising staff across clinical and administrative roles, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Design, implement, and oversee patient treatment plans, ensuring interventions meet identified needs and expected outcomes.
- Maintain EMR records, manage clinic caseloads, and supervise staff schedules, capacity, and intake limitations.
- Plan, lead, and document clinic staff meetings, case consultations, and cross-program collaborations.
- Monitor clinic performance, analyze appointment volumes, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Recruit, hire, supervise, and provide performance feedback to clinical staff, including support for licensure candidates.
- Address patient complaints promptly and ensure clinic services reflect community needs.
- Collaborate with management and administrative teams to oversee clinic operations, billing, credentialing, and program oversight.
- Mental Health Professional in Iowa
- Unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC)
- Board Approve Supervisor status is preferred
- Ability to work with management in a positive and cooperative fashion
- Ability to supervise and manage clinical staff
- 3+ years of supervisory and/or administrative experience strongly preferred
- Computer proficiency
Compensation:
- $83,000-$105,000
- Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location
- Employees in these positions are W2.
