• Prepare and draft legal documents for filing and correspondence
• Draft pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
• Correspond with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases
• Interview witnesses and prepare them to testify
• Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared
• Appear in court on all assigned cases promptly
• Handle all aspects of assigned cases
• Perform administrative duties as necessary (filing, mailing, organizing files and pleadings)
• Conduct legal research for particular issues

• J.D.
• Iowa bar license required
• Family law experience preferred but not required
• Senior Associate positions available for attorneys with 5+ years litigation experience
